These images pay homage to small voices. During walks by the Pacific Ocean, I was fascinated by the multitudes of stones and shells; I even saw some bones. I think these small pieces of life and earth have their own stories. One day when I was at home, a bird flew into my window. Much later after this sad event, I gave the bird a story in the image "Painted Bird". I felt respect for this fellow vertebrate. When seen in small details, the bits of life seem fragile but I believe the multitude of fragile interconnections reveals great strength.
